North Sea Group is founded in January 2009. It is comprised of the 90-year-old Van der Sluijs Groep and FNR+ Holding, which included Frisol, North Sea Petroleum and Reinplus Vanwoerden. Van der Sluijs Groep’s long-standing expertise in logistics and inland trading was a perfect match for the bunkering and international trading activities of the FNR+ companies. The combination of sales, logistics and trading activities is the strength of the company.
